£40,000 - £50,000 base DOE + Uncapped Commission
Hybrid – 2-3 days a week on-site
US working hours – 11am-8pm

Are you an experienced recruiter with US market experience looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist desk within a growing international recruitment business?

We’re recruiting experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist US team in central Manchester, recruiting across fast-growing Advanced Engineering and Emerging Technology markets.

Depending on your experience, your market could include:

  • Advanced Engineering
  • CNC and precision manufacturing
  • Robotics and automation
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing
  • Engineering and manufacturing

 

The Opportunity 

You’ll take ownership of a specialist US market, developing new business, growing existing relationships and building a strong network of clients and candidates across the USA.

Importantly, you won’t necessarily be starting from zero. There are established client relationships, existing candidate networks and activity within these markets, giving you a strong platform from which to grow.

There is scope to develop both permanent and contract recruitment, with the autonomy to build your market and manage the complete recruitment process.

You’ll also benefit from being part of a wider STEM recruitment group, where teams collaborate and share market knowledge, relationships and opportunities across specialist areas.

 

What we're looking for

We’re particularly interested in experienced recruiters who have worked within the US recruitment market, ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, Automation, CNC, Advanced Engineering or another technical specialism.

Your background can be either permanent or contract recruitment.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous 360 recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting into the US market
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • A successful track record of recruitment delivery
  • A commercial, entrepreneurial approach
