Hybrid – 2-3 days a week on-site
US working hours – 11am-8pm
Are you a recruiter with experience across Robotics, Automation, Engineering or Manufacturing looking for the opportunity to develop within the rapidly growing US market?
We're recruiting a number of Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist team in Manchester, including an exciting opportunity focused on Robotics, Automation and Logistics across the USA.
This isn't a completely cold start. There are already existing robotics clients, relationships and previous activity within the market, giving you a strong platform from which to build.
The opportunity
You'll take ownership of a specialist US market covering areas including:
- Robotics
- Automation
- Logistics and warehouse automation
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Related emerging technology markets
You'll develop new business, expand existing relationships and build a strong network of clients and candidates across the USA.
There is significant scope across permanent and contract recruitment, alongside wider recruitment solutions and the opportunity to develop a substantial contract book.
You'll also collaborate with recruiters across adjacent specialist markets, benefiting from candidate crossover, shared relationships and the international reach of a wider STEM recruitment group.
What we're looking for
We're happy to consider recruiters with around 12-18 months' 360 recruitment experience who are ready to progress, through to established Senior and Principal Consultants looking for greater autonomy and earning potential.
Experience within Robotics, Automation, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical market would be particularly relevant, with previous US recruitment experience highly desirable.
You'll ideally bring:
- 360 recruitment experience
- Strong business development skills
- A successful recruitment delivery track record
- Confidence developing client relationships
- A commercial and entrepreneurial approach
